LD-40 Rubber Lining

LD-40 rubber lining is a soft, flexible rubber sheet, offering high resilience and strength. It is especially designed and produced for wet slurry and fine particle abrasion.

LD-40 rubber lining is used to offer wear protection to equipment or steel surface of facilities. It is mainly used for wet abrasion environments such as slurry material handling in mining and mineral industry.

LD-40 rubber can be produced with CN bonding layer or buffed bottom.

CN bonding layer is semi-vulcanized neoprene rubber, which ensures good bonding between rubber and steel surface.

LD-40 rubber lining sheet is produced through special liquid phase compounding, which causes minimal damage to the micro-structure of the rubber, this is why LD-40 rubber delivers excellent resilience and strength.
